Once you have moved your watch safe into position and plugged the chord into wall now its time to set up your unique pin code and fingerprint.

Connect to Power

Locate the power port on the right-hand side of the watch safe. Insert the power cable into this port and ensure it is securely connected to a functioning power outlet.

Once connected, the watch winder will power on automatically and be ready for use.

Activate the Security Touchpad

With the unit powered on, the next step is to activate the security touchpad and set your unique PIN code to ensure maximum protection for your watch safe. The touchpad is conveniently located on the front panel of the safe. Follow the on-screen prompts to create your personal access code and secure your safe. - Begin by using the emergency key (included in your package) to manually open the safe for the first time.
- Inside, you’ll find a battery compartment located just behind the locking system.
- Insert 4 x AA alkaline batteries, ensuring they are aligned with the correct polarity (+ / –) as marked.
- Close the battery cover securely. This action powers on the touchscreen panel, enabling all digital functions.

Locking the Safe

Once the touchscreen is activated and the door is closed, you’re ready to lock the safe using your personal code.

Gently close the door until it is flush with the frame.
On the touchscreen, enter a 4 to 6-digit PIN code of your choice.
Press “#” to confirm your code.
The safe will automatically lock and secure your contents.

This code will serve as your primary method of unlocking the safe going forward, so be sure to choose a number you’ll remember.

Unlocking the Safe

Your safe can be unlocked using either a User Code or the Master Code. Both offer access, but the master code has elevated control privileges.

Option 1: User Code

Enter your personal user code. (Default: 1234)
The lock will disengage and the door will open automatically.

Option 2: Master Code

Enter the master code. (Default: 888888)
The door will unlock automatically.

The master code is ideal as a backup if a user code is forgotten.

Changing the Master Code

To maintain security, we strongly recommend updating the factory-set master code after initial setup.Changing the master code helps prevent unauthorised access and gives you full control over the safe.

While the door is open:

Enter the current master code, then press “*”
The screen will display “NEU”, indicating it’s ready for a new code
Enter your new 6-digit master code, then press “#”
The screen will display “AGAIN”
Re-enter the same new code, followed by “#”
When the display shows “DONE”, your new master code has been successfully saved.

Hiding/Unhiding Code Entry

For added privacy, you can mask the code as you enter it, especially useful when others are nearby.

To hide your code:
Press “*” twice, then press “#”
→ You’ll hear two beeps, confirming the code is now hidden
To reveal the code again:
Repeat the same steps

Incorrect Code Lockout

This feature helps protect against brute force attempts or accidental inputs by children.

If a wrong code is entered three times in a row:

The system will enter a 15-minute lockout mode
The screen will display HOLD, along with a countdown
During this time, no entries will be accepted
To clear an incorrect code entry at any time, press “*”

Controlling the Interior Light

Your safe includes an interior light for improved visibility when placing or removing your items.

To turn the interior light off:

Open the safe using the master code
Wait for the display to turn off
Press “*” twice, then “#”
Two confirmation beeps (BIBI) will signal the light is now off

To turn the light back on, repeat the same steps.

If the safe is already open, lock it using the user code, then reopen it using the master code before performing this operation.

Low Battery Warning

If the touchscreen display dims or a low battery warning appears:

Replace all 4 AA batteries promptly
Use only high-quality alkaline batteries for optimal performance

Stop / Start / Pause
